How do I reserve a Hyper Tube?

When will my Hyper Tube be put into service?
We expect your Hyper Tube to be put into service when The Velocitator ride opens planned for 2020. As we get closer to production, we will have more details to share with you.

How many Hyper Tube reservations can I make?
Two per person. For larger purchases reserve two and then contact us.

Can anyone from any country reserve a Hyper Tube?
Yes, anyone can take delivery of a tube however, you will need a US taxpayer ID to participate in the Hyper Chariot revenue sharing program in the US. Final approval for the program is subject to passing background check. 

When will I be able to sit in a Hyper Chariot?
We plan to have the first prototype on a showroom floor for people to sit in 2018. We’re also creating a mobile experiential marketing campaign before the Velocitator Ride opens. Stay tuned for details. 

When will I generate revenue from my Hyper Tube?
Our first project the Velocitator ride plans to open in Fall 2020. Our conservative estimate is for tube owners to expect a complete return on their investment 6 years from point of first payment. It will take approx. 3 years to build and open and 3 years of operations (ride at 50% capacity). 

What more can you tell me about being a Hyper Tube owner?
It’s an exciting and new business model where people who care about the environment and future of our planet are empowered to chain together in a new transport network that will solve our most pressing problems and all the tube owners will benefit through revenue sharing. 

Will I be able to sell my Hyper Tube?
Yes, we will be setting up a sales program for our Hyper Tube owners. 

I reserved a Hyper Tube, but haven’t received a confirmation email. When can I expect this to arrive?

We aim to send your confirmation email out within 24-48 hours of reserving. If it’s been more than 48 hours, please check your spam and junk folders for an email from Hyper Chariot communications. And if you still don’t see it, please email us at team@hyperchariot.com

Can I cancel my Hyper Tube?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime. Email team@hyperchariot.com to cancel. Refunds can take up to three weeks depending on your country of residence. It is transferable so you may want someone else to take over the rights to your tube. If you have entered into a contract and are already in a payment plan, you will receive everything back minus 30% reassignment fee.

Why did I not receive an invoice for my Hyper Tube reservation?
Your Hyper Tube reservation payment is fully refundable. An invoice will therefore not be available until the reservation is converted into a confirmed order. Please check your spam folder for your email confirmation. If you can’t find it email team@hyperchariot.com

Hyper Tube Reservation
Terms & Conditions

1. Hyper Tube Reservation
Thank you for placing a Reservation for a Hyper Tube. By making your Reservation, you have secured your place in line for a 32ft section of tube in the next available Hyper Chariot revenue sharing project.

2. Effective Date
Your Reservation becomes effective when (1) you place your Reservation and (2) we receive your Reservation Payment. 

3. Order Process
While this Reservation secures your place in line for a 32ft section of Hyper Tube, it does not constitute the purchase or order of your Hyper Tube. When the building permits are issued for the project, we will start production of your Hyper Tube. Hyper Chariot will create an order for your tube and you will receive a Purchase Agreement indicating the purchase price of the tube, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, and any other applicable fees. If you proceed with the order, we will apply your Reservation Payment towards the order payment. Until you enter into a Purchase Agreement, your Reservation may be cancelled at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Reservation Payment. 

4. Acknowledgements; Non-Transferable
We will hold your Reservation Payment separately in an escrow account until your Reservation converts into an official Purchase Order. We will not pay any interest on your Reservation Payment. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of Hyper Chariot.

5. Your Details
From time to time we will ask you to provide information so that we can perform our obligations under these terms and conditions. We will maintain your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at http://hyperchariot.com/legal

1. Velocitator Ticket Reservation
Thank you for placing a Reservation to ride The Velocitator. By making your Reservation, you have secured your place in line.

2. Effective Date
Your Reservation becomes effective when (1) you place your Reservation and (2) we receive your Reservation Payment. 

3. Order Process
This Reservation secures your place in line to ride The Velocitator, once the ride has been built, passed safety tests and insured for Public Use. Your Reservation is non-refundable. 

4. Acknowledgements; Transferable
Your Reservation is transferable or assignable to another party as a gift.

5. Your Details
From time to time we will ask you to provide information so that we can perform our obligations under these terms and conditions. We will maintain your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at http://hyperchariot.com/legal
